Window Cleaning Via Rope Access / Abseiling
High Access was originally founded as a rope access window cleaning company over 10 ten years ago, and as such we have extensive industry experience, we still serve various commercial contracts which date back over ten years. 
Key reasons for using rope access;
- Buildings can be cleaned without the need for expensive cradle equipment.
- Access can be gained that would be impossible by any other means, including above rivers or even buildings where there is no roof access
- Minimal disturbance to building occupants, pedestrians or vehicle traffic flow.

Window Cleaning Via Access Platforms
Our operatives are trained and qualified to operate a wide range of access platforms from specialist compact machines which will fit through a single doorway, to large hydraulic truck mounts.
We have invested heavily in this area, and as such we own and operate some of the newest truck mounted access platforms available in the UK.
- Access platforms allow us to access confined spaces, with variable width jacking.
- Our equipment provides excellent working height and outreach capabilities.
- Access platforms enable us to set up and be operational within minutes of arriving on site.
Window Cleaning Via Water Fed Pole System
Our water fed pole cleaning system uses Brodex water purification technology which de-mineralises and de-ionises tap water to remove impurities and produce pure water.
Pure water is the best product to clean windows for number of reasons, because of the aggressive strength of pure water you do not need to use cleaning detergents on the windows therefore you save money and time, plus it's better for the environment! We recommend water pole cleaning for;
- Buildings up to four storeys high
- For cleaning windows, glass roofs, signs, atriums, skylights, canopies and facades.
There are limited Health and Safety issues, making it by far the safest and most cost effective method of cleaning as our operatives work from the safety of ground level.
Window Cleaning Via Cradles Systems
Many large, new properties have cradle systems which form part of the building structures.
Within our specialist cleaning with we have a number of operatives who are experienced and trained in the use of various types of cradle systems
Cradles are an ideal form of access for external the extremely tall buildings.
